Drill of the Week
John Kingswood our Coaching Co-ordinator is providing a variety of training drills to help those coaches that want some new ideas or to cement basic skills in their team. The drills are designed to be able to be utilised in a half court environment and at home for the players. Coaches, all you need do is watch the short video and try it at training. You may also choose to have your manager send it out to your team to watch and practise at home each week so that they have at least tried the drill before training.
