SJBC Refund Policy
Refund Policy for SJBC Registration Fee is as follows:
SJBC Registration Fee includes a 3.9% Sports TG Fee. All refunds will be assessed by the Committee and if the player is entitled to a refund they will receive the cost less fee amount of their registration amount.
Please note Basketball WA Registration Fee and Perry Lakes Hawks Season Membership Fee will be subject to the respective association’s refund policy.
Any player requiring a refund will need to send an email detailing their Name and reason for refund and provide a BSB & Account Number for the Refund. Please make note on your email authorisation for Scarborough Junior Basketball Club to forward your bank details to Perry Lakes Hawks and Basketball WA if necessary.
Hawks’ Refund Policy
Any player that registers and withdraws prior to the end of Week 5 (23rd May) will be entitled to a refund of the Hawks’ membership fee. We will refund cost less:
- * 10% for withdrawals prior to the season commencing
- * 30% for withdrawal during the grading process & pools (prior to term 1 holidays – 4thApril 2020)
- * 50% for withdrawal before the end of week 5 (23rdMay 2020)
Any player requiring a refund will need to send an email to their Club stating: Name and reason for refund and provide a BSB & Account Number for the refund.
The Junior Club should then send these emails to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing.
Refunds after week 5 will only be considered under the following circumstances: season ending injury/illness or transfers interstate or overseas. This will be done upon consultation with the relevant Club.
